{"id":421,"date":"2021-07-06T21:53:43","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T19:53:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/poste2020.message-asp.com\/?page_id=421"},"modified":"2021-07-12T15:34:18","modified_gmt":"2021-07-12T13:34:18","slug":"our-territorial-network","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/poste2020.message-asp.com\/en\/our-territorial-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Our territorial network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center is-style-blu has-medium-font-size\">We have 12,765 Post Offices throughout the country.<br>Around 7,000 were open even during the lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Group\u2019s <strong>integrated multi-channel platform<\/strong> provides for the monitoring of customers through 3 channels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the <strong>physical network<\/strong> of Post Offices flanked by a commercial network specialising in busi- ness customers;<\/li><li>a <strong>digital infrastructure<\/strong> made up of all the Group\u2019s digital properties, capable of serving the entire national population;<\/li><li><strong>Third-party networks<\/strong>, consisting of over 37 thousand retail outlets and the result of commer- cial partnership agreements for the marketing of Group products and services.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer physical contact channels are managed by two Poste Italiane functions dedi- cated to the sale of products and services and specialised by type of customer: Post Office Network and Business and Public Administration. Networks<\/h2><div id=\"ac-4213\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<p>Poste Italiane has signed agreements with a large network of retail outlets (over 37 thousand at 31 December 2020). The main types of agreements entered into are listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Proximity networks<\/strong>: partners that enable their local points of presence to offer Poste Italiane services to consumers (e.g.: tobacconists to pay slips, top up Postepay cards, accept\/deliver parcels), ENI to pay slips, API to accept\/deliver parcels, DO (organised distribution) and GDO (large organised distribution) to pay slips;<\/li><li><strong>Placement Agents<\/strong>: partners, authorised by the Bank of Italy, which sell Poste Italiane\u2019s financial products (e.g.: Lottomatica, which sells Poste Italiane\u2019s full acquiring to the tobacconist network);<\/li><li><strong>Technology Enablers<\/strong>: partners that enable Poste Italiane to sell its products to \u201cthird-party\u201d customers via its own service platforms (iPratico, Team System for the sale of acquiring);<\/li><li><strong><strong>Partners<\/strong><\/strong>: legal entities that offer their associates\/stores the purchase of products directly from Poste Italiane, through the stipulation of \u201cframework agreements\u201d (e.g.: ENI and its distributors for the purchase of acquiring).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have 12,765 Post Offices throughout the country.Around 7,000 were open even during the lockdown.
